For Austin sellers
Sell your Austin home with full-service representation and a 1% listing fee.
What is included?
One Percent Austin is built for homeowners who want professional pricing, marketing, negotiation, and transaction support without automatically paying a traditional 3% listing-side fee.
- Comparable-sale pricing strategy
- Pre-listing preparation and repair guidance
- Professional photography and MLS exposure
- Showing coordination and buyer feedback
- Offer analysis and negotiation
- Inspection, appraisal, contract, and closing support
How the math works
At a $750,000 sale price, a 1% listing fee equals $7,500. A 3% listing-side fee equals $22,500. That is a $15,000 difference before other selling costs. Buyer-agent compensation, title and escrow charges, repairs, concessions, and other expenses are separate and should be reviewed in your seller net estimate.
Who this is for
This service is a good fit for sellers who want direct access to an experienced Austin agent, understand that commissions and compensation are negotiable, and want a clear plan for pricing, preparation, marketing, and negotiation.
It is not a bare-bones MLS upload. The goal is to give you the support needed to make good decisions while keeping the listing-side fee at 1%.
